in 12 Days!
All your pre-licensing classes to become
a Registered Trainee in only 12 days 8:30-5:30 daily. We take a one
hour lunch break from 12:30 - 1:30.

12 days including books & materials for only$1,899
After attending all 12 days and passing
the test for all four courses, you will qualify to take the North
Carolina Appraisal Board Test for Registered Trainees. There is a fee
to take this exam and you must pay to take the exam
at an approved NCAB testing center. You must work under a Supervisory
Appraiser for 2 to 5 years and attain the necessary training and additional
classes before
you can be a Certified Appraiser.
